Explanation: In every round you have to do 20 sit-ups, 30 alternate forward lunge (15 left and 15 right) and 40 lateral hops (20 on the left and 20 on the right). You have to complete 4 rounds within 10 minutes , if you are not able to complete then count the total number of reps done.
Score: If you complete all the rounds in under 10 mins, the time taken becomes your score. Else, the sum total of the number of reps done becomes the score
