Based on the videos and scores submitted, we will evaluate and announce the top 10 fittest male and female entries and the two grand winners of the challenge.

If you have been taking care of your fitness, this is a chance to test your progress. If you haven’t been consistent, here is where you start.
There is no failure, there is only feedback!
- You have to perform all three workouts to be eligible for cash prize
- Perform the workout keeping in line with the movement standards as instructed.
- Record yourself, calculate the score and share it with us
- Make sure a timer (laptop, mobile or digital clock) is visible in the recorded video
Competition Workout 1
10 min AMRAP
2-4-6-8….(keep adding two reps of)
Explanation: Complete 2 reps of Jump Squats and then 2 reps of Burpees. Next complete 4 reps of Jump Squats and 4 reps of Burpees. Keep increasing 2 reps every time till the clock hits 10 minutes. You can take rest in between but the timer should not stop. You cannot change the sequence or count of the workouts.
Score: Total number of Jump Squats and Burpees performed in 10 minutes.
Competition Workout 2
4 ROUNDS FOR TIME OF
30 ALT FORWARD LUNGE
40 LATERAL HOPS (over 1 Ltr bottle)
CAP TIME 10 mins
Explanation: In every round you have to do 20 sit-ups, 30 alternate forward lunge (15 left and 15 right) and 40 lateral hops (20 on the left and 20 on the right). You have to complete 4 rounds within 10 minutes , if you are not able to complete then count the total number of reps done.
Score: If you complete all the rounds in under 10 mins, the time taken becomes your score. Else, the sum total of the number of reps done becomes the score
Competition Workout 3
HAND RELEASE PUSH UPS
FLOOR TO OVERHEAD ( 2x 1Ltr bottles)
CAP TIME 10 mins.
Explanation: You have to complete 40 hand release push-ups then 40 floor to overhead, next 20 hand release push-ups and 20 floor to overhead and so on. Complete the workout in 10 minutes, if you are not able to complete then count the number of reps for your score.
Score: If you complete all the rounds in under 10 mins, the time taken becomes your score. Else, the sum total of the number of reps done becomes the score.
