Course Decsription:

This test captures fundamental movements, motor control within movement patterns, and competence of basic movements uncomplicated by specific skills. It determines the greatest areas of movement deficiency, demonstrate limitations or asymmetries, and eventually correlate these with an outcome. 

In this test we will evaluate your capacity for functional movement. The goal of this test is to identify any disfunction to clear athletes for an exercise/sport program or to refer them to qualified professionals to execute a proper rehabilitation program. Each movement gets up to 3 attempts to get their best score.

**You can start this course by paying any amount of your choice. The amount will go towards training athletes who lack resources.
