Foundational movement are the basis of our voluntary movements which we perform on day to day life to keep our body functioning. Considering human body as biological system, forces are generated by the muscles which lead to voluntary movements. Despite many different and complicated movements, a human body can perform depending upon the practice and proper progressions, we can categorise few movements as basic and foundational ones. Mastering these foundational movement which everyone does naturally (i.e. without the requirement of any systematic progressions or training) can lead to complicated and advanced movements.
